IOS Chairman bereaved. Appeal for prayers
Chairman, Institute of Objective Studies, Dr Mohammad Manzoor Alam’s elder brother Janab Mohammad Izhar Alam passed away at his home in Ranipur village of Madhubani in Bihar on 19th May 2019 at 3.35 pm. Janab Izhar Alam was ailing for some time.
Dr. Alam said he felt as if he had been orphaned again. Dr Alam had grown under his brother’s guardianship and his demise had shattered him.
His close associates, including Maulana Abdullah Mughesi, president All India Milli Council; Maulana Mustafa Refai Jeelani, AIMC assistant secretary general; Prof. ZM Khan, IOS secretary general; Prof. Afzal Wani, vice-chairman IOS; Prof. Ishteyaque Danish, finance secretary IOS, Prof. Hasina Hashia, IOS assistant secretary general have sent condolences and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
Some of the senior functionaries of the organisation Dr Alam leads have also sent their condolences, including Mohammad Ataur Rehman (IOS), Shams Tabrez Qasmi (FANA) and Mohammad Wasim (All India Milli Council).
Dr. Alam has appealed to all his friends, colleagues in different organisations, associates and well-wishers to pray for the redemption of his brother’s soul.
